Let ARCS come to your facility and program your arc welding or material handling robot system. This service can include programming all of the movement, instructions, and procedures necessary to result in an efficient system, minimizing cycle time and maximizing productivity.


Training:

Need on-site training for your new robot, additional training for personnel, or training for new employees?

ARCS offers basic and advanced operator, programmer, and maintenance training. Training is performed on-site using your robot and facilities, which allows customized training to your application, enhances trainee success, and minimizes costs.


Service:

Having trouble with your robotic system?

Call ARCS for both on-site as well as off-site over-the-phone troubleshooting service. ARCS can quickly and cost-effectively diagnose your problem and then provide repair and replacement parts.


Preventative Maintenance:

Can’t afford costly downtime and want your robot to last?

Take advantage of ARCS manufacture recommended robot preventive maintenance services. This can be set up by contract for regular preventative maintenance visits or on an individual basis. Maintenance may include, but is not limited to greasing the robot, cleaning ventilation system, changing robot batteries, replacing welding torch equipment, performing repeatability tests, and checking equipment and cables for signs of wear or damage.


Installation and start-up assistance or idle robot re-activation:

Is this your first robot system, do you need to be in production quickly with minimal difficulty, or do you have an idle robot that you want back into production?

Let ARCS provide the expertise. This can include installation assistance and guidance, testing the operation of the system, troubleshooting any malfunctioning equipment, programming the robot, and refresher training for operators and programmers.
